Overview
This application allows you to manage and edit data tables efficiently. Here's a detailed guide
on
how to use all the features:
Step-by-Step Guide
- Loading Data:
- Click on "MimsHostAssociated + Ancient" to load the MIMS Host Associated and Ancient
data set.
- Click on "SedimentMIMS + Ancient" to load the Sediment MIMS and Ancient data set.
- Viewing Data:
- After loading a dataset, the table will be displayed. You can navigate through
different
tabs for different packages within the dataset.
- Editing Data:
- Click on any editable cell (usually "Comments" or all cells in Development mode) to
edit
its content. Changes are saved automatically.
- Adding Rows:
- Click the "Add term" button to open a form where you can enter details for a new
row.
Fill in the fields and click "Save" to add the row to the table.
- Deleting Rows:
- Select the rows you want to delete using the checkboxes on the left side of each
row.
Click "Remove term" to delete the selected rows.
- Confirm the deletion in the modal that appears.
- Viewing Row Details:
- Select a single row and click "View term" to see a detailed view of that row's data
in a
modal.
- Editing Row Details:
- Select a single row and click "Edit term" to open a modal where you can edit all
fields
of the selected row.
- Make changes and click "Save" to update the row.
- Feedback Mode vs Development Mode:
- Toggle the switch between Feedback and Development mode. In Feedback mode, only the
"Comments" column is editable. In Development mode, all cells are editable.
- The session name will be prefixed with "MINAS-FS-" for Feedback sessions and
"MINAS-DEV-" for Development sessions.
- Session Information:
- Enter a session name in the "Session name" field. The prefix will be automatically
added
based on the selected mode.
- Additional Information:
- Add additional names and emails using the fields in the "Additional Information"
section. Click the "+" button to add more fields and the "-" button to remove them.
- Saving the Table:
- Click "Save Table" to save your modifications. The table will be saved as a JSON
file,
including all edited and newly added rows, along with the session and additional
information.
- Back to Top:
- Use the "Back to Top" button at the bottom-right corner of the screen to quickly
scroll
back to the top of the page.
